The gift card is one of the most original ways to give the gift of cinema. It can only be purchased at cinemas and can be loaded with amounts from €10 up to a maximum of €100. This balance can be used for tickets or any bar product. The card can be used within a maximum of one year (Gift Card Conditions), for any purchase made in the cinema or online.

Each card has a unique number located below a barcode and a hidden PIN (which can be revealed by scratching off the surface), which is essential for online purchases on our website. The PIN is always 4 digits.

Gift cards are not reloadable after the initial load. Once the balance is used up, the only option is to purchase a new card.

The balance of the card can be checked at the ticket offices of our cinemas.

T&C: The gift card is valid for purchasing movie tickets, popcorn menus, and other bar products. It is not valid for Unlimited subscriptions.
The card can be redeemed at the ticket office, at the bar, and at the cinema kiosks, as well as for online purchases at www.cinesa.es.
Valid at any Cinesa cinema (check www.cinesa.es for locations).
The card is non-reloadable.
Cinesa reserves the right to temporarily limit the use of the card if fraudulent use is detected.
In case of loss or theft, the card will not be refunded or redeemed under any circumstances.
This card cannot be exchanged for credit or cash, and cannot be returned or resold (except in cases required by law).
