INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR GIFT CARD:
The Global Experience Card can be used for reservations made online only through the www.globalexperiencescard.com website. Reservations made are subject to the terms and conditions of the https://www.globalexperiencescard.com/ website. Please note that once your booking has been made, details such as the experience, the date of the activity, the number of people cannot be changed. The booking may be cancelled, subject to the terms of the individual booking and experience. All cancellations must be made ONLINE ONLY at www.globalexperiencescard.com to receive a refund, subject to the terms of booking. Gift cards will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, cheque or credit, except where required by law. The Global Experience Card is not a replacement for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards.
Global Experience Cards work with Viator and can only be used and redeemed for experience bookings made online at www.globalexperiencescard.com (in the currency of the issued gift card) and cannot be redeemed at Viator.com, Tripadvisor.com or directly with The Experience Provider. If the price of the experience booking is less than the value of the card(s), the remaining part will be available for a future booking. If the booking price is higher than the value of the card(s), the difference must be paid by credit card at the time of booking. All reservations require a major credit card to complete the reservation. You must be 18 years of age or older. Up to four (4) cards can be redeemed per booking. The Global Experiences Powered by Viator card is issued by Global Hotel Card, Inc. and use of the www.globalexperiencescard.com website and the gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions which may be revised at any time.
