Il Gigante ‘Gli Specialisti del Fresco’ is a chain of 100% Italian supermarkets and ipermarkets. Founded in 1972, it is present in Lombardia, Piemonte and Emilia with over 60 shops. Il Gigante maintains the artisanal nature and special characteristics of ‘ home production’, always with a special focus on the territory and the customer, at the centre of all the company's choices.

The Carta Regalo is an unregistered, bearer, scaled, non-refillable card. It is available in denominations of € 25, € 50 and € 100. The purchase does not entitle you to Blucard points.

The Carta Regalo can be used for multiple purchases until the value is exhausted. Any amount spent will be deducted from the remaining balance, which is visible on the receipt. If not used by the expiry date, the customer is not entitled to any change or refund.

The Carta Regalo is not redeemable for cash and the balance cannot be returned in any form. If the price of the desired articles exceeds the residual value, the difference can be paid for by other methods accepted in ‘Il Gigante’ sales outlets.

The Carta Regalo can be used in all ‘Il Gigante’ sales outlets, but not for the purchase of books, newspapers, magazines, other gift cards, giftboxes, prepaid cards, fuel, lotteries, bills, telephone and pay TV top-ups, parapharmacy products, over-the-counter medicines, optics, sushi counter, Blucard prize contributions, competitions and extended warranties. It is not valid for online purchases nor in ‘Il Mio Gigante’ sales outlets.

The cashiers are not authorised to type in the code manually or detect it from systems other than the original Carta Regalo.

Since it is bearer, it can be used by anyone who presents it. The holder is responsible for its safekeeping and use. In the event of theft, loss or damage, the Carta Regalo cannot be blocked, replaced or refunded.

By purchasing and using it, the Customer expressly exonerates Amilon S.r.l. and/or Rialto S.p.A. from any responsibility for improper, abusive or fraudulent use by third parties.

The Carta Regalo is valid 12 months from the date of purchase, unless the value is exhausted in advance.
