Redemption conditions The Tchibo gift card can be redeemed in all Tchibo stores in Germany and on tchibo.de for consumer goods and coffee. Excluded are products from the travel, mobile phone, Tchibo Fitness, and service offers, as well as partner promotions.

Partial redemption You can partially redeem your gift card. The remaining balance stays on the gift card and can be used at a later time. A payout of the remaining balance is excluded. In our stores, you can choose any amount up to the total value of the gift card for redemption. Online on tchibo.de, only the entire amount of a gift card can be redeemed per purchase. A remaining balance is only retained if the value of the gift card exceeds the value of the goods.

Returns In the event of a return/order cancellation that was paid for in full or in part with a gift card, the remaining balance will be credited directly to your customer account. This allows you to use the credit for your next order. Even if you placed your order as a guest, the remaining balance will be credited to your newly created customer account. Remaining balances will not be paid out or transferred to a new gift card.
