How to use the voucher to book your flight or a flight + hotel package:

1. Go to www.volagratis.com and select "Flight," "Hotel," or "Flight + Hotel" in the search tab.
2. Fill in the search fields and customize your trip.
3. Before completing the payment, enter your Gift Card code in the dedicated field and click "Apply."
4. Enjoy your trip!

Terms and Conditions:

• The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the activation date. The travel departure date can be after the voucher’s expiration.
• Gift Cards cannot be combined in the same booking, either with other Gift Cards or with promotional/refund vouchers issued by us.
• The Gift Card can only be used on www.volagratis.com to book a flight, a Flight + Hotel package, or a hotel stay, excluding services provided and paid directly to third parties.
• If the total booking cost is less than the Gift Card value, the remaining balance can be used for future bookings. If the booking value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the difference must be paid by credit card.
• The Gift Card cannot be used for booking flights labeled "Guaranteed Connections" in the search results. These options are provided by a third-party partner and cannot be booked using the Gift Card.
• The Gift Card is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services, even in cases of loss or theft.
• The Gift Card cannot be used to book accommodations that require on-site payment.
• The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase post-booking services for an already confirmed reservation.
