Redemption option
The voucher can be redeemed at all branches in Germany, on the website www.baby-walz.de and by phone. The vouchers received cannot be exchanged for official baby-walz vouchers. Please note that the vouchers that you purchase are themselves subject to separate terms and conditions.
Number of redeemable coupons
Please note that online only a maximum of one voucher can be redeemed per order. If you would like to redeem several vouchers online at the same time, please contact our customer support. Multiple vouchers can be redeemed per purchase in the stores.
Validity
The voucher is valid for three years from the date of issue.
Remaining balance
The voucher must be fully used when ordering, there is no remaining balance.
