Description
The Gift Card:
• Can only be used on cortilia.it to purchase products available in our online catalog and sold by the Company or by any Farmer using Cortilia's service.
• Can only be used by customers whose delivery address is within the areas served by Cortilia.
• Cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
• Cannot be reloaded, resold, redeemed for cash, transferred, or used on another user account.
• Any unused balance will be credited to the account of the user who redeemed the Gift Card.
• If the order value exceeds the Gift Card balance, the difference must be paid by credit card.
• To subscribe to a produce box and pay using the Gift Card, you must enter a valid credit card when placing your order. A €1.00 authorization charge will be made solely to verify the card's validity.
• The Gift Card and any remaining balance expire at the end of the second year from the date of purchase, where permitted by applicable law.
• The Company may provide the purchaser with information regarding the redemption status of the Gift Card.
• One or more Gift Cards may be used for a single order. Gift Cards can also be used together with other promotional codes available on the website.
• The Company is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or unauthorized use of the Gift Card.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or deactivate a user account and charge alternative payment methods if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed or used for purchases on the website.
