Voucher Conditions:
- This voucher is valid in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
- The voucher is valid for a maximum of 6 months from the date of purchase.
- The voucher can only be redeemed for Flix SE services by individuals aged 14 years or older.
- To redeem this voucher, please visit www.flixbus.com.
- Internet access is required (additional charges may apply).
- Vouchers are valid for all connections/routes listed on www.flixbus.com.
- The number of seats on the buses is limited.
- The voucher value will be deducted from the price after the code is entered.
- Only one voucher code can be redeemed per booking.
- Any remaining credit can be used for another booking by entering the same code.
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded in cash, or used to purchase other goods.
- The data protection guidelines of Flix SE, available at www.flixbus.com/privacy-policy, apply to the collection, storage, and use of personal data.
- Ownership passes to the purchaser upon purchase of the voucher.
- No replacement will be provided for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
- Legal rights that go beyond these terms and conditions remain unaffected.
- This voucher is not intended for resale.
- FlixBus vouchers are issued and provided by Flix SE.
- The sale of these vouchers is carried out by resellers or commercial agents on behalf and for the account of Flix SE.

- How to Redeem the Voucher:
- Select your desired trip on the website www.flixbus.com.
- During the booking process, enter the voucher code in the designated field.
- Complete the booking – your ticket will be sent to you by email.
- You can print out the ticket or simply show it on your smartphone when boarding.
- The voucher does not entitle you to travel / does not replace a travel ticket.
