Terms & Conditions of Use

• The Best Western Prepaid Card is a credit that can be used at any Best Western hotel in Italy to pay for your stay (and any services offered by a Best Western hotel). It may not be accepted at establishments within the hotel that are not owned or directly managed by the hotel itself.

• The Prepaid Card must be presented at check-in at the hotel to pay, either partially or fully, for the stay. The total amount of the stay will be deducted from the value loaded on the Prepaid Card.

• The Prepaid Card cannot be used to pay for hotel services without lodging.

• Best Western Prepaid Cards can be combined with each other.

• The Prepaid Card can only be used for bookings made on bestwestern.it, on the individual Best Western hotel websites, through the BW reservations center, or directly with the hotel.

• The Prepaid Card cannot be used for bookings with promotional rates that require the full stay to be charged directly to the credit card.

• The Prepaid Card cannot be used as a guarantee for reservations.

• Best Western reserves the right to request an advance security deposit for expenses not covered by the Prepaid Card.

• Prepaid Cards cannot be replaced in case of loss, theft, or damage. Cash cannot be given in exchange for the Prepaid Cards, nor can change be given.

• The Prepaid Card has a limited validity, even if there is credit available (as per the date indicated above). Upon expiration, the Prepaid Card will be cancelled and can no longer be used.
