Redeem gift card online or in store
Enter the 16-digit gift card number and the 4-digit PIN for "Redeem Gift Card" directly in the shopping cart online before submitting your order. In the stores, simply present your physical(s) or digital(s) gift card(s) at the checkout when paying.
Both online and in-store, you can redeem multiple gift cards per purchase.

Redemption conditions
The Tchibo gift card can be redeemed in all Tchibo stores in Austria and on tchibo.at for consumer goods and coffee. Excluded are products of the product groups travel, mobile communications, Tchibo photo as well as service offers and partner promotions.

Partial redemption
You can redeem your Gift Card in part and the balance will remain on the Gift Card and can be redeemed at a later date. A payment of the balance is excluded. In our stores you can choose any amount up to the total value of the gift card for redemption. Online on tchibo.at you can only redeem the entire amount of a gift card per purchase. A balance will only be retained if the value of the gift card exceeds the value of the goods.

Return
In the case of a return / return of an order that has been paid in whole or in part with a gift card, you will receive the remaining credit directly to your customer account. So you can use the credit on the next order. Even if you have ordered from us as a guest, you will receive the credit to your newly created customer account. Any remaining balance will not be paid out or transferred to a new gift card.

The shipping is only available in Austria.
