Use and Functionality of the Card
- How the Card Works
The Gift Card can be used to purchase furniture and accessories at IKEA stores in Bratislava or online at www.ikea.sk. - Use for Online Purchases
The Gift Card can be redeemed online by entering the code and the four-digit PIN. There is no limit to the number of cards that can be used in a single transaction. - Transferability and Validity
Gift Cards are transferable and have no expiration date. - Use Abroad
Generally, Gift Cards purchased in one country can be used in other IKEA countries. The exchange value will be automatically recalculated based on the current exchange rate.
Countries that do not accept cards issued in other countries:
China, India, Romania, Serbia, South Korea, Japan, Russia, Germany, Austria.
Countries where only locally issued cards are accepted:
Australia, India, Japan, Romania, Serbia, South Korea, USA, Russia, Germany, Austria, France.
- Card Blocking
If the card is used in a payment gateway and the transaction is not completed, the card will be blocked for 4 hours.

In case of issues with the Gift Card, the Cardholder can contact the IKEA customer service center or use the online form available at www.ikea.sk/kontakt. - Exchange or Refund
The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.
IV. Rights and Obligations of Users
- Transferability of Cards
The cards are transferable and can be used by other persons without restrictions.
Responsibility of Users
Users are obliged to ensure the proper use of the card in accordance with these terms and conditions.
