Find the perfect gift for toddlers, teens and adults for Christmas, birthdays or other occasions. We make it easy to shop for toys that will provide hours of fun and imaginative play. You’ll also find curated LEGO® sets for adults perfectly matching their interests, such as vehicles, art and design, gaming and much more!
-LEGO e-Gift Cards can be used on LEGO.com and for phone orders, but cannot be used in Certified LEGO Stores, LEGOLAND parks, LEGOLAND Discovery Centres, or third-party retailers. They are valid only in Portugal.
-The card has no expiration date and no fees. You can check the balance anytime at LEGO.com/Gift-cards/balance.
-To use the card on LEGO.com, enter the 19-digit card number and PIN at checkout. For phone orders, provide the same information to Customer Service.
-If the card covers the full cost, any leftover balance remains available with the same card number and PIN. If the total exceeds the card value, you must pay the remaining amount using another valid method (PayPal not accepted). Partial invoice payments are not allowed.
-You can use up to three LEGO e-Gift Cards per order, both online and by phone.
-e-Gift Cards purchased on LEGO.com follow the same withdrawal rights as all other products (see point 6 at lego.com/terms-and-conditions).
-No points are earned when buying a LEGO e-Gift Card, but you do earn points when using it to purchase LEGO products.
-If the recipient didn’t receive the card, check if their email settings block LEGO.com emails. Contact Customer Service if needed.
-Returns for items bought with a LEGO e-Gift Card follow standard return procedures. Refunds will be issued as a new LEGO e-Gift Card.
-Cards are typically delivered via email within one hour. If delayed or deleted, call Customer Service at 800 805 096 to have it resent.
