When making a reservation, the value of the Gift Card will be deducted from the final price
You must make a pre-booking by calling (+351) 210 158 100, informing your Gift Card code.
Each booking only allows the use of 1 Gift Card, it is not possible to discount multiple Gift Cards on the same booking and it cannot be combined with other Gift Cards or promotional codes.
When you make a booking with a Gift Card, it is considered to have been used; if you cancel the booking, you will not be able to use it again; however, it is possible to change the dates considering the same Hotel or Pousada in Portugal.
If the value of the Gift Card is greater than the total value of the booking, the difference will not be refunded.
In Hotels with an "All Inclusive" regime or Half Board rates, the Gift Card is only applied if the accommodation component is higher than the value of the Gift Card
