Redemption Option
This voucher can only be redeemed in Dirk Rossmann GmbH stationary stores in Germany. The credit cannot be used to purchase vouchers and prepaid products, nor for and/or in connection with third-party services such as barzahlen.de / viacash. If the voucher is lost, no replacement is possible. Anyone who shows the voucher is deemed to be entitled. Please note that the vouchers you purchase are themselves subject to separate terms and conditions.
Number of Redeemable Vouchers

Validity
The voucher is valid for 3 years.
Remaining Credit
You can check the balance in the branches. A withdrawal of the credit is not possible and any remaining amount will not be refunded.
Terms of Delivery
The voucher will be send to you by email.
Redemption Description
Simply show the voucher at the checkout when paying. The voucher must be presented in the original or loaded into the Android or Apple Wallet using the QR code. A screenshot of the voucher is not sufficient.
