TicketOne.it is the leading platform for purchasing tickets to live events. Choose from thousands of concerts, theatre performances, exhibitions, museums, and sporting events, and create unforgettable memories with the TicketOne Gift Voucher!
The TicketOne Gift Voucher can be used to purchase all events available directly on the TicketOne website (www.ticketone.it) and through the TicketOne App, with the exception of events sold on sport.ticketone.it, such as football, rugby, and basketball matches.
The TicketOne Gift Voucher is activated upon receipt. The balance may be used until the “expiry date” indicated in this document.
The balance may be used for one or more orders until its full value is exhausted and within the voucher’s validity period.
The TicketOne Gift Voucher cannot be reloaded, refunded, exchanged, or used to purchase another TicketOne Gift Voucher.
If the total amount due exceeds the available balance on the Gift Voucher, the remaining amount must be paid using one of the other payment methods available on the website.
TicketOne is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the loss or theft of a TicketOne Gift Voucher or from its unauthorized use. The TicketOne Gift Voucher may not be resold.

Using your TicketOne Gift Voucher to purchase tickets online at TicketOne.it is quick and easy!
Search for your desired event on www.ticketone.it or through the TicketOne App*.
Proceed with your purchase and, once you reach the CART page, enter the Voucher Code you received in the “Redeem your Voucher” field and confirm. The voucher value will be deducted from the order total. If you have more than one TicketOne voucher, you may enter them one after another.
If the total transaction amount exceeds the value of the voucher(s) entered, you will need to complete the payment using another payment method available on the website. Any remaining voucher balance may be used until the voucher’s expiry date.
