The Gift Card is the property of Teddy S.p.A.The Gift Card can be used as many times as you wish, until the credit runs out. If the remaining credit is insufficient, the missing amount can still be added through the accepted payment methods
from the point of sale.
By using the Gift Card credit you can accumulate points on the Rinascimento Fidelity Card. The purchase of Gift Card, however, does not provide for the use or accumulation of Fidelity points. The Gift Card is not nominative and can be used by anyone who presents it at the time of purchase.
It is possible to check the remaining credit of your Gift Card in all Rinascimento stores in Italy and by contacting our customer service. The Gift Card is valid for 365 days from the moment of purchase of the Gift Card itself. After expiration, it will no longer be possible to use it and the amount is non-refundable. The card is not rechargeable.
The activation of the Gift Card occurs automatically at the time of purchase, both online and in-store. Teddy S.p.A. is not responsible for any theft or loss; in these cases, unfortunately, the Gift Card will not be able to be neither replaced nor refunded. We recommend that you photograph your Gift Card code so you always have it with you you his references.
These general conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to interpretation, validity and execution of these conditions, the Court of Rimini has exclusive jurisdiction.
